About The Event
A daily morning practice is the first step to living a mindful, healthy & more balanced life. Beginning your day with this breathing practice will put you in control of your thoughts rather than your thoughts controlling you, being reactionary or on auto-pilot. This simple breathing exercise will help you increase energy, gain clarity, increase awareness, and bring greater harmony and balance to your life. This 21-day challenge is designed to be a jumpstart to a consistent morning practice. Live sessions will be offered through webinar on Thursday July 10th, July 17th & July 24th at 9am. You will receive an email of the replay of the webinar if you are unable to join us live. The live sessions will consist of an explanation of how to get started, the benefits of the our breathing practice, why we hold ourselves back from committing to a morning practice, offer additional practices, and include some time for questions.
Once you register you will receive an email link to join the live webinar and a link to access video of the breathing practice we will be doing for the challenge.
