Sister Circles

What are women's circles:

A women's circle is an intimate gathering where we learn new ways of speaking, listening + relating to others. It is a place where we discover and integrate new practices that serve the women we are becoming. As each woman claims her seat in the circle, we come together as equals united by our common purpose. The circle is becomes a container for truth telling, sacred witnessing, healing and transformation.

About the guide: I have been both particpating in and facilitating women's cirlces for almost ten years. For myself I have received some of the most profound healing on my journey, and have witnessed profound healing in others. With a background in Kundalini Yoga for Women's Health and I am deeply inspired by these teachings and am excited to share them with as many women as possible.
