A fun & empowering retreat for teen girls (7th & 8th graders) that includes gentle yoga, meditation, group circle, expressive art journey workshop, hormone balancing through nutrition workshop, journaling, and more designed to offer tools to cope with daily stress, build self-confidence, and empower through sisterhood, movement & ritual.

LOCATION & ACCOMODATIONS

The retreat will be held at Lost Trails Lodge off Coldstream in Truckee. There is limited to no service there. We will have a way to communicate in case of emergency, but there will be no use of internet or cell phones during this retreat, which will also be an imporatant piece of the retreat as we believe in the importance of 'unplugging'.

There are 3 rooms available with multiple sleeping arrangements. All rooms with be shared. 

Room 1: 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and jacuzzi tub

Room 2: 1 Queen bed, 4 twin beds

Room 3: 1 Queen bed 2 twin beds and jacuzzi tub

Please let us know if you are coming with friends, and if you are willing to share a Queen or King Bed with your friend or not, and we will do our best to put friends in the same room.

Meals will be provided. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance so we can plan and prepare accordingly.
