Guided 20-25 minute sessions inclusive of any or all of the following; yoga (for all levels, beginners welcome) meditation, mindful movement, breathwork, mantra, mudra, mindfulness practices & more designed to guide our body back into balance and cultivate the natural relaxation response to create the optimal environment for healing in mind, body & soul.
Who is this 5-day challenge for?
People look to become relaxed, grounded, calm, clear and with a renewed sense of self and vision.. This is for people interested in living healthier and more vibrant lives, but don’t know where to start, or are overwhelmed by all the options out there. This is for people who are fatigued, overwhelmed, stressed, and fed up with their overly scheduled lives. This is for anyone who is ready to dedicate time to becoming healthier, happier, more intentional versions of themselves.
