Radiance meaning: Vividly bright & shining. Marked by expression of love, confidence, and happiness.
Ritual meaning: A set of fixed actions performed regularly, especially as part of a ceremony.
This series was created to provide women the opportunity to heal, grow, and transform beyond our limitations (i.e. to get out of our way). To connect to our inner wisdom as well as connect with one another through the healing power of sisterhood. Each week we will gather to practice yoga, meditation, breathwork, ritual, journaling & more. The styles of yoga we will be practicing are Kundalini, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative and this series is open to beginners and all-levels. The series will focus on a new theme each week, which will be centered around an exploration into the Chakra system of the body (energy centers).
