Radiance & Ritual

This series was created to provide women the opportunity to heal, grow, and transform beyond our limitations (a.k.a. to get out of our own way). To connect to our divine self and connect with one another through the healing power of sisterhood. Each week we will gather in circle to practice yoga, meditation, breathwork, ritual, journaling & more. The styles of yoga we will be practicing are Kundalini, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative and this series is open to beginners and all-levels. We are looking for women who are ready & willing to commit to this transformational experience. Our final week (June 5th) we will finish our practice at 8 and have a pot luck dinner to celebrate!

More detailed info: Each week we will practice a specific Kundalini kriya. A kriya is a set of poses and exercises that are geared towards a specific outcome. In the Kundalini tradition they recommend that you practice a kriya for 40 days if you would like to experience the full benefits and real transformation. In this 6-weeks I will be encouraging us to practice our kriya everyday for 40 days and we will have accountability partners. THIS IS NOT to shame you or make you feel bad for missing it sometimes, it is simply to encourage commitment and consistency which is what we truly need if we expect to create transformation and move beyond our stories, limitations, doubts, fears, etc. However, we are human and things happen and the rule of thumb is to always honor your body and rest when you need rest. It is my goal in this series to utilize accountability partners to inspire us and to also have someone to share our challenges and progress with.
