Radiance & Ritual

This series was created to provide women the opportunity to heal, grow, and transform beyond our limitations (a.k.a. to get out of our own way). To connect to our divine self and connect with one another through the healing power of sisterhood. Each week we will gather in circle to practice yoga, meditation, breathwork, ritual, journaling & more. The styles of yoga we will be practicing are Kundalini, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative and this series is open to beginners and all-levels. We are looking for women who are ready & willing to commit to this transformational experience. Our final week (June 5th) we will finish our practice at 8 and have a pot luck dinner to celebrate!
