About The Event

Take a time out from your busy life to reset and fill your cup in the comfort of your own home (or book a hotel or Airbnb where you won’t be bothered and join us from there!) NOURISH is a guided mini-retreat offered online through Zoom to help you feel rested, rejuvenated, and at home in your own body. All sessions will be done live, but if you can't make it to all of the live sessions you will have access to the recordings for up to a month after our last session. 

Women are natural nurturers and we are often burning ourselves out by not taking enough time to take care of our own needs. Prioritize your needs and give yourself permission to receive! On top of that the holidays can become especially crazy, so before the madness happens this is a great opportunity to reconnect with yourself, stabilize your nervous system, and help you navigate the busy-ness with greater ease. You will receive a flower essence blend to take for the whole month that is calming, grounding, cleansing, and protects your energy so you’re not taking on other people’s energy (i.e. family stuff!) You will also receive unlimited access to several guided meditations that you can come back to anytime you need.

We will practice Gentle Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Breathwork, Meditation, Ritual & More. You will finish this retreat feeling rejuventad, grounded, and uplifted with a whole toolbox full of tools and practices to incorporate into your own personal practice. You will also feel inspired to create a daily practice if you do not already have one. Please see the schedule for more details on what to expect for this mini-retreat.


What if I can't make it to all of the Live sessions?

All classes and lectures will be recorded if you are not able to make it to all of the Live session 

How long will the recordings be available?

For one month after the retreat

I'm very new to yoga, is this retreat ok for me?

Absolutely! I teach in a way that yoga is accessible for all levels and body types. Yoga is for everyone and I make sure my students feel safe and welcomed without the intimidation that you can often get in a yoga class.

What are flower essences?

Flower Essences are safe and natural plant medicines that facilitate profound emotional, spiritual, and physical healing. You will receive a Flower Essence blend that I am specifically creating for the Nourish group. 

What is in the Self-Care Kit?

Well, aren't you nosy. Just Kidding (:  But it is supposed to be a surprise. 

I don't know what Kundalini is and I've never done it, is that a problem, what should I expect?

You need no prior Kundalini experience. If you are new to it, congratulations! It's quite an experience. I encourage you to join us and see for yourself. If you are still uncertain consider joining my Free 2-part Masterclass happening Dec 4 & 5 so you can get a taste of what you are in for.
