Practice presence, build greater awareness, cultivate calm, gain clarity, feel balanced, and feel spacious and free in your body, mind & soul. A great practice for beginners, those healing from injuries, or anyone just seeking to slow down and enjoy a mellow practice. New Moon's are a perfect opportunity to slow down, nourish yourself, and go inward.
