About the series

Devotion to Self is a series created for women to inspire you to commit to a daily practice that is grounding, centering, and empowering as well as an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and with like-minded women and to feel supported within the sacred web of sisterhood. 

Bhakti is the Sanskrit word for Devotion - and refers to devotion as a spiritual path. Self refers to the self with a capital "S", as opposed to self with a lowercase "s", self = ego self/small self vs. Self = universal self/higher self. Devotion to Self is an invitation to unravel from all of our self-limiting beliefs, societal conditioning, and self-sabotaging stories, and allows us to reclaim our connection to our soul Self, our inner teacher, our innate widsom and power so that we can begin living in alignment with our truth rather than operating from our subconscious…
