About The Event

Commit to You is a 5-day Yoga Challenge for women created to inspire you to start and/or continue and commit to a daily practice.

A daily practice is the foundation to feeling more grounded and balanced in your mind, body & soul. A daily practice is an opportunity to commit to something that is just for you, to fill your cup. A daily practice helps you to feel calm, centered, and empowered in your daily life. This is especially important for women because we are so naturally conditioned to take care of others, often putting our needs last. When we take a short amount of time out of our day to self-regulate, to check-in with ourselves, and to manage our physical body, emotions, and energy we start to see beliefs and patterns that aren't serving us, we begin to listen to and trust our intuition, and we move through our day with greater awareness, ease, and grace. I am certainly not claiming that it is like a magic button that makes all your troubles go away, and this is also definitely not a claim thats saying "just be positive". Instead, what actually happens when we build greater awarness is that we start to notice our triggers and question them and maybe pause before responding. We begin to notice what our bodies need, and give her what she needs. We begin to notice when we need help and not to be afraid to ask for it. We begin to look more honestly (with compassion) at ourselves and where we can show up better. We start to love ourselves through the darkness we all face. Over time we see subtle shifts and maybe bigger shifts, but nonetheless we are always learning and growing, and this practice builds you a solid foundation to stand on, and a place to come to when the waters become turbulent, which they will. And we ebb & flow between chaos and calm and we learn how to do that with greater ease. 

The classes will be a approximately 35-45 minutes long and include a short lecture and practice. Each class will have a mix of influences from any of the following modalities; Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Kundalini practices for Women's Health, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, Meditation, Journaling, Prayer & more. 

Each day at 8am PST / 11am EST you will receive the video for that day in your inbox. You may choose to do it at the time it is sent to you, or you can do the video anytime that is convenient for you. However, I highly recommend that you choose the same time and same place to practice daily because this is how it turns into a habit. 

This is a free challenge. If you feel inclined all I ask of you is that you help me spread the word so that more women can find me and I can continue to share these amazing teachings that have helped me so much. Please consider doing any or all of the following;

-Take a photo of your altar/practice space, you doing a yoga pose, or just a pretty photo with a short caption on how you felt/your reflections after the practice and TAG me in it on social media 

-After the challenge write a short testimonial of your experience (or if you're feeling really brave do a video testimonial!) and TAG me in it on social media

-Share the challenge with sisters who would also enjoy it

-Invite sisters to our fee Sacred Sisterhood group and to our next full moon women's circle
