Commit to You is a 5-day Yoga Challenge for women created to inspire you to start and/or continue and commit to a daily practice.

A daily practice is the foundation to feeling more grounded and balanced in your mind, body & soul. A daily practice is an opportunity to commit to something that is just for you, to fill your cup. A daily practice helps you to feel calm, centered, and empowered in your daily life. This is especially important for women because we are so naturally conditioned to take care of others, often putting our needs last. When we take a short amount of time out of our day to self-regulate, to check-in with ourselves, and to manage our physical body, emotions, and energy we start to see beliefs and patterns that aren't serving us, we begin to listen to and trust our intuition, and we move through our…
