About The Event
This gentle yoga practice will guide you to a state of inner peace through gentle poses & movements, deep stretching, breathwork, and meditation. The practice may include elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, and/or Chi Gong Practice presence, build greater awareness, cultivate calm, gain clarity, feel balanced, and feel spacious and free in your body, mind & soul. A great practice for beginners, those healing from injuries, or anyone just seeking to slow down and enjoy a mellow practice.
