Our bodies and minds are taxed from everyday decision making, overloading our plates with too many tasks, daily stressors, overstimulation from the news and our devices. The epidemic of our society is that we are disconnected from our body, mind & soul and it causing stress, illness, confusion, overwhelm, addiction, anger, etc. Let’s simplify through taking a small amount of time out of our day to reconnect to our breath, heart, mind, body & soul. Observe how the simple practice of slowing down, being still, and connecting to your body & breath can transform your life. This short series is only $10 (only $1 per day!)
Each session is 15-30 minutes and includes a variety of breath work, meditation, short lecture, and other various practices to incorporate into your day to help you clear your mind and stay focused.
